Overall Purpose of the Job
The role holder will develop and execute strategies to optimise customer acquisition and retention by identifying profitable business opportunities, secure sound business deals as part of business development associates. He/ She will be implementing sales programs, both short and long range, targeted toward existing and new markets by performing the following duties
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
Ensure profitable business growth objectives are met with each assigned Partner through new business and retention of existing business.
Drive business specific account management strategies to unlock potential for all product lines
Collaborate with broker and underwriter partners to identify and grow opportunities within their portfolios
Develop training calendars for Partners on value proposition, process and oversee implementation of partner training programs.
Develop and maintain relationships with industry influencers and partners to extend Antara’s reach
Communicate Partners expectations and provide insights back to business to deliver competitively on value or process.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture across all departments /stakeholders
Advise on creation of sales & marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and digital content for purposes of achieving clarity in value prop offerings with partners
Participate in value prop development, refinement and delivery for right fit of products to the partners
Provide timely and accurate reporting of pipeline, strategic partnerships and management activities for visibility on partners performance against targets
Working with key partners, effectively ensure the adherence to key performance areas, deadlines and goals in order to optimise operational effectiveness and sales opportunities
Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. monthly , quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)

Strong skills in organizing and managing corporate sales, executing sales activations to enhance the company’s visibility.
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation, including executive and C-level
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of proven success in medical insurance sales and administration of large portfolios .
In-depth understanding of the medical insurance industry working with Brokers, Underwriters and Funded schemes administrators will be an added advantage
Ability to manage and navigate through complex negotiations, balancing the needs of underwriters, brokers and employers to secure optimal outcomes
